Sixth-Generation Texas Mother to Primary RINO Van Taylor for Congress in Texas's 3rd District

Suzanne Harp, a local businesswoman, mother, and sixth-generation Texan, officially launched her campaign for congress today in Texas’s Third Congressional District. She will be challenging Congressman Van Taylor, who currently hold the seat.
“I’m sick of watching fake Republicans run Washington, D.C. Van Taylor promised to be a fighter for Texans, but instead, he’s sold out to the RINOs and the Swamp. He abandoned President Trump and voted for Nancy Pelosi’s January 6th commission witch hunt. I won’t sit on the sidelines any longer. I’m ready to fight for Texas, defend the America First agenda, and rid Washington, D.C. of fake Republicans like Van Taylor,” said Suzanne Harp.
Suzanne was born in Dallas, Texas, to John and Elizabeth Cassimatis. She is a 6th generation Texan on her mother’s side, and her father came to this country as an immigrant from Athens, Greece, after enduring the Second World War and the Greek Civil War. Suzanne's father taught her to love and respect this country. He also taught her to be mindful of a government that oversteps its bounds.
She spent 16 years of her professional career as a sales executive building businesses, solving complex problems, and adding value to her company, clients, and the community. Suzanne has strong business acumen in many industries, including technology, marketing, travel, hotel management, and professional sports. Today, Suzanne is a Vice President with a leading Mergers and Acquisition Investment Bank, building relationships and alliances within the professional communities of CPAs, Wealth Advisors, Attorneys, Financial Services, and Consultants.
Suzanne considers her most significant accomplishment raising and homeschooling her four children in Judeo Christian values with her husband, Bill, of 27 years. They carefully raised their children to cultivate a relationship with the Lord by studying God's Word alongside great philosophers to develop a Biblical Worldview, a deep understanding of the Constitution, and the blessings of being an American.
As a Washington outsider, Suzanne brings a unique perspective to the problems that plague our country. She decided to run for Congress to return a voice to Texas' 3rd Congressional District and fight for religious liberties, election integrity, border security, runaway spending, and ending unconstitutional mandates. Suzanne has a keen understanding of the challenges ahead but believes our Constitution and America are worth saving.
